4 W- d% C$ z1 [, x0 u1、 细胞生物学或相关专业硕士或博士研究生学历，有志从事学术期刊编辑，有相关工作经验者优先考虑；
' `$ e% v% H6 k+ ^, t5 t! }. ]2、 参加过课题研究并有撰写、发表英文论文经验，有较好的稿件阅读、分析能力；
3、英文6级或以上, 有良好的口语会话和文字处理能力；
" w% R9 @% b- @( L4、计算机二级以上，熟练一般文字和图像处理与网站相关技能；
( ~! [$ `2 `, |/ a5、工作认真负责、敬业， 乐于学习和开拓，团结合作，思想开放, 身体健康, 吃苦耐劳。

Assistant Editor Position Opening

Cell Research, China’s leading international journal in the life sciences, is looking to recruit up to 2 Assistant Editors.

9 }' {7 ?5 Y' g% U, h+ \The Assistant Editor will be trained to play roles in providing satisfactory support to the Editor in all aspects of manuscript processing including daily handling, assessment, reviewing, editing and production.

, X5 z3 V' \; w8 [( b5 AThe Assistant Editor will possess the abilities to:
1. Help Editors recruit papers all over the world;
' {. y1 ^1 O6 ^5 T* }; l1 s2. Help Editors answer the concerns from others (such as authors, referees, Editorial Board members and readers, administrators and etc);
" J$ }7 j* K9 F% _6 t" U3. Participate in managing public relations of the journal.

The qualified candidate is expected to be or have:
1. Highly self motivated and strongly interested in the work of scientific journals;
2 B& \  K, }, A; B# ]: u9 e3 D+ Q2. Master / Doctor’s degree in molecular and cellular biology or related fields;
3. Good command of English;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, collaboration and independence;
5. Patience, carefulness and consideration;
6 j! o' [3 G6 e  k% r6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
7. Open-minded and competent to learn new ideas and techniques;
7 x6 B+ X; ?/ N+ |1 C8. Basic computer skills: Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, PageMaker or Illustrator is preferred.
