1、 细胞生物学或相关专业硕士或博士研究生学历，有志从事学术期刊编辑，有相关工作经验者优先考虑；
2、 参加过课题研究并有撰写、发表英文论文经验，有较好的稿件阅读、分析能力；
  V$ ^$ g1 h6 ], {( A  Q3 W$ O  C3、英文6级或以上, 有良好的口语会话和文字处理能力；

0 }: }/ @( C" Z. u: r+ g, a, H; y# sCell Research, China’s leading international journal in the life sciences, is looking to recruit up to 2 Assistant Editors.

8 \1 d% k$ Q; m7 Q& _2 C# ^The Assistant Editor will be trained to play roles in providing satisfactory support to the Editor in all aspects of manuscript processing including daily handling, assessment, reviewing, editing and production.

8 v9 X1 H1 u; _The Assistant Editor will possess the abilities to:
1. Help Editors recruit papers all over the world;
2. Help Editors answer the concerns from others (such as authors, referees, Editorial Board members and readers, administrators and etc);
3. Participate in managing public relations of the journal.

The qualified candidate is expected to be or have:
. L( Y$ N- H) V( E% j/ `2 p3 c% e- E1. Highly self motivated and strongly interested in the work of scientific journals;
2. Master / Doctor’s degree in molecular and cellular biology or related fields;
' i: z3 i0 H0 _3 l+ `7 Q3 w" v4 X, ]3. Good command of English;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, collaboration and independence;
5. Patience, carefulness and consideration;
! `2 ^, x: v; h( D( F6 ?( A6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
7. Open-minded and competent to learn new ideas and techniques;
8. Basic computer skills: Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, PageMaker or Illustrator is preferred.
