1、 细胞生物学或相关专业硕士或博士研究生学历，有志从事学术期刊编辑，有相关工作经验者优先考虑；
; z& O; p9 j8 Y7 T' O. i; [% Q2、 参加过课题研究并有撰写、发表英文论文经验，有较好的稿件阅读、分析能力；
1 M/ _5 Y5 N- M" k9 X: E5 U8 ?3、英文6级或以上, 有良好的口语会话和文字处理能力；

Assistant Editor Position Opening

Cell Research, China’s leading international journal in the life sciences, is looking to recruit up to 2 Assistant Editors.
+ `# `* j: Q* q$ F% W
The Assistant Editor will be trained to play roles in providing satisfactory support to the Editor in all aspects of manuscript processing including daily handling, assessment, reviewing, editing and production.

The Assistant Editor will possess the abilities to:
1. Help Editors recruit papers all over the world;
2. Help Editors answer the concerns from others (such as authors, referees, Editorial Board members and readers, administrators and etc);
3. Participate in managing public relations of the journal.

The qualified candidate is expected to be or have:
$ {5 `  ~- Q: u) d7 V* F& k# e1. Highly self motivated and strongly interested in the work of scientific journals;
$ G$ U3 ^# P4 s( y/ i% n2 }3 ^/ H( x0 ]2. Master / Doctor’s degree in molecular and cellular biology or related fields;
4 ?$ N, h! ]8 W* I  a4 X% W* W3. Good command of English;
8 d% j$ b% l* w! S2 l4. Strong sense of responsibility, collaboration and independence;
5. Patience, carefulness and consideration;
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
5 B' D. W0 E" t4 w! S3 d7. Open-minded and competent to learn new ideas and techniques;
4 q% r+ ~6 b# p3 E/ t8. Basic computer skills: Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, PageMaker or Illustrator is preferred.
